Mr. Smith was widely regarded as an outstanding WHD field manager with a particular knack for straight talk and understandable communications. He was routinely called on to devise and deliver training to WHD staff throughout the nation. All other Smith Summerset associates also served as exceptional WHD career employees. They have more than 75 years combined experience investigating and enforcing Davis Bacon and related wage payment and record keeping laws
